Meet the Waveney Trees team
Waveney Tree Specialists is a working partnership owned by Alan and Joan Garnham, having taken over the company in May 2008. We are extremely proud of the Waveney Trees Team and the high standards they set.

Waveney Tree Specialists have been in existence for over twenty years, Alan Garnham, has been in the timber trade since 1978, his son Kristian Garnham is now our 4th Generation tree faller.
The whole team are fully trained and certificated for all the machines used, as well as first aid and aerial rescue. All the kit is fully checked (LOLER) every six months for wear and tear.
Every job has a risk assessment before commencement; this is not just for their safety but for the safety of the public and buildings. Full safety gear is worn at all times.
Waveney Tree Specialists Ltd hold £10 million public and employee liability insurance and are also registered under the Control of Pollution Act with the Environment Agency for waste disposal. If required to work near water, life jackets are worn and the fuel and oil used is safe for the wildlife.
We offer you a free estimate and advice on any work needed, we are so confident that our prices are competitive we ask all prospective customers to get a second estimate.

We Care About Trees
Most of East Anglia is in a conservation area and many trees have a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). These TPOs are all numbered and no work at all on them is permitted. Any work on trees in a conservation area must have written permission from the region’s tree preservation officer,
Waveney Tree Specialists Ltd work very closely with them. Exceptions to these strict rules are if the tree is dead, diseased or dangerous; the decision being made by both the tree surgeon and the tree preservation officer.
